JINYE industrial facility

Company profile

From a 20-high mill stand to a complete stainless steel strip line.

JINYE centers its product strategy on the 20-high Sendzimir cold rolling mill, then adds pickling, cleaning, tension leveling and slitting equipment when the customer needs an integrated line.

The company was founded in 2021 and has served more than 300 customers, supported by over 10 patents and experience across Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Feature to value

What the mill technology is designed to solve.

Feature Production pain point Customer value Metric
20-high cluster roll system Thin and hard materials are difficult to reduce with stable shape. Supports ultra-thin stainless steel and silicon steel rolling. 0.03 mm strip
Automatic Gauge Control Thickness variation lowers yield and increases scrap. Improves gauge consistency during cold rolling. 5 micron accuracy
Flatness control Strip shape defects create downstream processing problems. Improves strip flatness and line stability. 10 I-Unit
Custom line engineering Standard equipment may not match the plant, material or process. Mill, controls and auxiliary lines are specified around the customer process. Project-specific design
