A 20-high Sendzimir mill uses small-diameter work rolls supported by a compact cluster roll system. The design is widely selected for stainless steel and other hard-to-roll materials where thin gauge capability, gauge tolerance and strip flatness matter.
JINYE engineers the mill stand, hydraulic screw-down, AGC automatic gauge control, AFC automatic flatness control, strip tension control, edge tracking and Siemens PLC automation as one integrated cold rolling system.
